You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order or opt in to receive text messages from us.

We sell mushroom grow kits and related products. We strive to describe products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or pricing are error-free. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and we may cancel or limit orders (including for pricing errors) and refund any amount charged.

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Because our products are living, perishable goods, please follow the included care instructions. If a kit arrives damaged or fails to grow as expected, contact us at hello@goldenmushroomco.com and we will work with you on a replacement or resolution consistent with our then-current policies.

By opting in, you agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms, which supplement these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

• Program & consent. When you provide your mobile number and opt in (at checkout, via a Site form, or by texting us), you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Golden Mushroom Co., including order and shipping updates, customer-care messages, and — where you have consented — promotions and product news. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies based on your activity and order status.
• Message and data rates may apply. Rates are charged by, and subject to, your mobile carrier’s plan.
• Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.

The Site and its content — including logos, text, images, and product designs — are owned by or licensed to Golden Mushroom Co. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golden Mushroom Co. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
